Born in 1888 in the town of Surazh in the Western Region; Jewish; member of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) in 1916-1937. Delegate to the 17th Congress of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks). Deputy Chairman of the Leningrad Regional Control Commission of the Workers’ and Peasants’ Inspectorate, deputy authorized representative of the Soviet Control Committee, created after the 17th Party Congress instead of the Central Control Commission - Workers’ and Peasants’ Inspectorate, Chairman of the Leningrad Regional Industrial Council. Lived in Leningrad (10 Tchaikovsky St., Apt. 71). Arrested on 07/05/1937. Sentenced to capital punishment by the Visiting Session of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR Supreme Committee in Leningrad on 09/06/1937 under Article 58-7-8-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. He was executed on 09/06/1937.
