Arrested 11/04/1932. In January 1933 he was expelled from the party. 01/16/1933 sentenced by a Special Meeting in the case of the “anti-party counter-revolutionary group of Eismont, Tolmachev and others (“Rykov School”)” on the basis of Art. 58-10 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 3 years in prison.
02/28/1935 released, worked for hire in the Novo-Tambov NKVD camp. Died in a car accident on March 22, 1935. Rehabilitated on 02/03/1962 by the decision of the Judicial Collegium for Criminal Cases of the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR, reinstated in the party in 1963.
