Genus. in 1912 in the village. Reeds of Ruzaevsky district, Penza region. In 1937 he worked as the head of the 2nd department of the IV department of the State Security Directorate of the NKVD LO, GB lieutenant. On November 25, 1938, he was dismissed under Article 38, paragraph "b" of the "Regulations on the service of command personnel of the GUGB NKVD of the USSR." In 1939, for falsifying investigative materials (for violating socialist legality) under Art. 193-17 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR sentenced the military personnel of the NKVD troops of the LVO to 8 years of labor camp. From 1942 to 1945 in the ranks of the Soviet Army, sergeant. Removed from the register due to disability.
