Genus. in 1898 in Lodz (Poland); Jew, higher education, accountant-economist; member of the Communist Party of Germany in 1926-1930, member of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks in 1930-1936. Before his arrest, he lived in Leningrad (25 Oktyabrya Ave., 74, apt. 43), manager. foreign department of the Leningrad Trade Union Council bureau. On December 28, 1936, he was sentenced by a visiting session of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR to 10 years in prison and 5 years of disqualification with confiscation of property. In custody in Solovetsky prison. Sentenced by the Special Troika of the UNKVD LO on 10/09/1937 under Art. 58-6-8-10 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to capital punishment. Shot on December 29, 1937 in Leningrad.
