Sentenced on 02.06.1951 by the Special Specialized Department of the USSR MGB under Art. 58-10, Part 2, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 10 years in a correctional labor camp . Rehabilitated on 04.10.1954 by the Central Commission for the Review of Cases of Persons Convicted of Counterrevolutionary Activity under Art. 204 and paragraph "b" of the Criminal Procedure Code of the RSFSR.
