North Caucasus Regional Executive Committee, Rostov City Executive Committee. In 1928-1930 - People's Commissar of Internal Affairs of the RSFSR. From 1931 - beginning. Glavdortrans under the Council of People's Commissars of the RSFSR. On November 25, 1932, he was arrested following a denunciation from his predecessor. Presidium of the Comacademy M.A. Savelova. In Jan. 1933 expelled from the party and on January 16, 1933 he was sentenced by a Special Meeting to 3 years in prison. After liberation in 1935, he worked as a manager. coastal developments of the Kostroma fuel office. On March 30, 1937 he was arrested again. On September 20, 1937 he was sentenced to death. Shot. In 1962 he was rehabilitated and reinstated in the party.
