Yugov Mikhail Semenovich
Born in 1901 in Odessa; Jewish; education: higher; member of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) since 1918, expelled in 1933 as a Trotskyist, reinstated in 1990. Head of the mechanization group of the USSR State Planning Committee. Lived in Moscow. Sentenced on 16 April 1933 by the OS under the KOGPU of the USSR in the case of "counterrevolutionary Trotskyist group Smirnov I.N., Ter-Vaganyan V.A., Preobrazhensky E.A. and others" to 3 years of imprisonment. Held in a political isolator. Arrested in 1936. Sentenced on 10 September 1937 by a troika of the NKVD Directorate for Dalstroi on charges of counterrevolutionary Trotskyist activity to capital punishment. Shot on 01 October 1937. Rehabilitated on 02.11.1956 for the 1936 case, rehabilitated for the 1933 case VK VS USSR 0 03/08/1960.
