Former member of the Presidium of the Supreme Economic Council of the USSR, deputy. Chairman of the State Planning Committee of the USSR and head of the Consolidated Planning Department, at the time of arrest at the disposal of the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks.
Lived in Moscow, st. Gorkogo, 26, apt. 98. Arrested 01/01/1935. Accused of participating in the k.-r. terrorist organization. Sentenced by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR on January 10, 1937 to military service. Shot on January 10, 1937 in Moscow. Burial place - Donskoye Cemetery. Rehabilitated by the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the USSR on April 3, 1987.
