Genus. in 1909 in Minsk, a Jew, from the workers, literate. On charges of Trotskyism, he was sentenced to exile in Kazakhstan for a period of 3 years by a resolution of the Special Meeting at the OGPU Collegium dated 06/07/1929. He was rehabilitated in this case on May 16, 1967 by the Judicial Collegium for Criminal Cases of the Supreme Court of the BSSR. He worked as a supply agent for the Astrarybakkolkhozsoyuz, lived in Astrakhan. Arrested and accused of belonging to an anti-Soviet group. By a special meeting at the NKVD of the USSR on 10/15/1935 he was sent to a special settlement in the Omsk region for 3 years. Arrested in 1936 in Tyumen, convicted by the Troika UNKVD on 09/14/1937 under Art.: counter-revolutionary Trotskyist activity. Shot on 10/26/1937. Rehabilitated 07/06/1989.
