Soviet statesman and party leader, member of the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) in 1923-1930.
Genus. in 1886 in the village. Feodoritskoe Rybinsk district, Yaroslavl province; Russian; from peasants; lower education; member of the CPSU (b) (expelled in October 1932, reinstated in March 1934). He worked as a manager of the Tobolsk "Oblrybtrest". Lived in Tobolsk, st. Volodarsky, 17. Arrested 08/23/1936. Accused of participating in an anti-Soviet terrorist center. Sentenced by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR on May 31, 1937 to military service. Shot on May 31, 1937 in Moscow. Burial place - Donskoye Cemetery. Rehabilitated by the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the USSR on July 18, 1989.
