The categorical denial by the author of his guilt and an explanation of his position on the issues raised. The silent support of his fellow party members. The requirement of the representative of the political department to hand over his party card. The refusal of the author, the transfer of the party card to the secretary of the party bureau for temporary storage until the final decision of the party activists on this issue.
