Genus. in 1907 in Zhitomir; Jew; from workers; Higher education: graduated from the Institute of Soviet Law (1930). Lived in Leningrad, taught diameter at the Mining Institute; arrested in 1928 “for subversive Trotskyist activities.” Arrested again in December 1934; sentenced by the OS under the NKVD of the USSR on February 17, 1935 to 3 years of exile. In 1936 – exiled in Yakutsk, worked as an economist in Yakuttorg; arrested 09/18/1936; sentenced by the OS under the NKVD of the USSR on 12/09/1936 under Art. 58-10 part 2 to 5 years of labor camp. In 1938 – prisoner of Sevvostlag; sentenced by the Troika UNKVD for Dalstroy on 01/05/1938 to VMN; executed on January 21, 1938. Rehabilitated in the 1936 case by the Supreme Court of the YASSR on July 10, 1956; in the case of 1938 - in January 1957.
