Genus. in 1902 in the village. New Bug, Kherson province, Jew, member of the All-Union Communist Party of Belarus since 1919, higher education, married, lived in Leningrad, st. Nekrasova, 66, apt. 60. In 1924–1935 beginning. Department of Socio-Economic Sciences of the Military Medical Academy of the Red Army, head of the seminar of propagandists of the Institute of Film Engineers (LIKI), then head. Department of Social and Economic Sciences LIKI. Arrested on September 12, 1936 as “a member of the c/r Trotskyist-Zinoviev sabotage and terrorist organization.” Sentenced on December 28, 1936 by a visiting session of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR under Art. 17-58-8, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 10 years in prison with disqualification for 5 years and confiscation of property. In custody in Solovetsky prison. Sentenced by a resolution of the Special Troika of the UNKVD LO dated 10.10.1937 to VMN. Shot on November 4, 1937 in the Sandormokh tract (Karelian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic). Rehabilitated on May 12, 1956 by a ruling of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR.
