Genus. in 1899 in the town of Zhagary, Kovno province; Jew; in 1922–1937 – member of the CPSU (b); Until 1914 he studied at a Jewish religious school, then in Penza at a real school. After the February Revolution he switched to party work. After 1917, he was a member of the Gubernia Executive Committee, Gubprosvet, worked in the military censorship (1918–1919), as a propagandist at the MGS PS, deputy head of the APO District Committee in Mariupol (1925–1928), and taught economic policy courses at universities (since 1924). Candidate of Economic Sciences (1935). In 1937 he lived in Leningrad, Kirovsky pr., 26, apt. 53. Teacher of socio-economic sciences at the Industrial Institute. Sentenced by the UNKVD LO Commission on December 31, 1937 on charges of KRTD to administrative deportation to the city of Frunze.
