Sentenced by the All-Russian Military Commission of the USSR on June 20, 1938 on charges of participation in the revolutionary revolution. sabotage and terrorist organization. Shot on June 20, 1938. Burial place - Moscow region, Kommunarka. Rehabilitated on November 12, 1955 by the Military Commissariat of the USSR Armed Forces.
