Genus. in 1898 in the village. Chepeli Sukhopol parish. Pruzhansky U. Grodno province; Belarusian; from peasants; higher education, teacher-economist; member of the CPSU (b) in 1919–1936. Graduated from the Military-Political Academy named after. Tolmacheva. Since 1929 teacher, beginning. Department of Economic Policy of the Military-Political School named after. Engels, battalion commissar. Lived in Leningrad (V.O., Sezdovskaya line, no. 5, apt. 4). Arrested on September 10, 1936 as a member of the “K/R Trotskyist-Zinoviev organization.” Sentenced on December 28, 1936 by a visiting session of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR under Art. 17-58-8, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 10 years in prison with loss of rights for 5 years. Imprisoned in Solovki (arrived on December 30, 1936), he was kept in the Savvatyevsky special detention center. By resolution of the Special Troika of the UNKVD LO dated 10.10.1937 he was sentenced to VMN. Shot on November 4, 1937 in the Sandormokh tract (Karelian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic). Rehabilitated in the 1936 case on 05/12/1956 by the ruling of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR, in the 1937 case - 05/20/1957 by the Military Tribunal of the Leningrad Military District.
