Arrested 02/24/1929; sentenced to OS KOGPU on 04/15/1929 under Art. 58-11 to 3 years ITL. On August 23, 1929, he was released ahead of schedule by the Decree of the OS KOGPU with permission to live freely on the territory of the USSR. He was rehabilitated by the Presidium of the Leningrad City Court in the case of 1929 on 03/30/1957. In 1931 - head. department of methodology of the FTI. Arrested 01/03/1935; sentenced by OS NKVD of the USSR on February 10, 1935 under Art. 58-11 to 5 years ITL; sent to Ukhtpechlag NKVD (in Chibyu). 06/21/1936 arrested; sentenced by the Supreme Commissariat of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR on 10/11/1936 under Art. 58-8, 11 to VMN with confiscation of property. Shot on 10/11/1936. He was rehabilitated by the USSR Armed Forces in the case of 1936 on May 28, 1957.
