Shingarev Alexander Fedorovich

Genus. 03/18/1901 in Taganrog; Russian; higher education; Electrical Engineer; member of the CPSU(b) since 1923, expelled on March 28, 1937 for “loss of revolutionary vigilance and aiding the enemies.” Lived in Leningrad. In 1934–1937 director of LETI named after. V.I.Ulyanov (Lenin). Arrested 08/08/1937; sentenced by resolution of the OS NKVD of the USSR dated December 3, 1937 under Art. 58-8 to 10 years of ITL (according to the Federal Security Service for St. Petersburg - according to Art. 58-10, 11 to 8 years of ITL). In custody in the Kolyma camps (Linkovy mine, Glass factory 72 km, 23 km, etc.). Released on 03/05/1946, but did not receive documents confirming his release. Lived and worked in Magadan; organized the construction of the Magadan Glass Factory; worked in the management of the Nagaevsky Sea Port. Rehabilitated by the Judicial Collegium for Criminal Cases of the USSR Armed Forces on April 20, 1955. In 1957 he moved to Leningrad, worked in the Leningrad Administration system, then taught at the College of Housing and Communal Services. Member of the Memorial Society since 1990. Died in Leningrad in 1991.
