Genus. 03/24/1900 in the city of Sormovo, Nizhny Novgorod province, in the family of an engineer; Higher education: graduated from the Moscow Commercial Institute and the Moscow Technical School (MVTU) with a degree in Ferrous Metallurgy. Since 1924, employee of the Commission for the Inspection of Metallurgical Plants at the Supreme Economic Council of the USSR; since 1925 teacher at Moscow Higher Technical School; since 1926 associate professor at the University; in 1927–1929, head of the technical and economic bureau in Glavmetal; then head of the economic planning department of the Steel Association; in 1931–1932, scientific secretary of the Council of Ferrous Metals of the People's Commissariat of Heavy Industry; then the head of the bureau and the chief engineer of the metallurgical industry department; since 1935, professor and head of the department of organization and planning of metallurgical production, Faculty of Engineering and Economics, LII, since 1937, candidate of sciences. Arrested in Leningrad 03/01/1942; sentenced to the VT of the NKVD troops of the LVO on May 24, 1942 under Art. 58-3, 10, 11 to the VMN with the replacement by the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR for 10 years of ITL. He served his sentence in Norillag. After his release, he was exiled to the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Then he lived in Moscow, worked in the USSR Academy of Sciences. Rehabilitated. Died in Moscow in 1970.
