Born in 1915 in St. Petersburg; Russian, no name. Lived in Leningrad (ul. Khalturina, bldg. 31, apt. 22). Fourth-year student of the power engineering department of the Leningrad Industrial Institute. Administratively exiled with his family to Uglich in the spring of 1935. In May 1936, the expulsion order was cancelled, he returned to Leningrad, graduated from the institute in 1937. Arrested on 13.03.1938; by the decree of the NKVD LO dated 28.12.1938, the case was closed due to lack of corpus delicti; released. He died in January 1942.
