Genus. 04/18/1900 in Narva; Russian. In childhood and adolescence he was an active scout; had 42 scouting specialties; was awarded scout medals and badges, but after he took the side of the Bolsheviks in 1917, he was expelled from the ranks of scouts. In the 1930s he worked as an economist and organized trips on boats and yachts in the summer. A collector of coins and postage stamps, he had extensive correspondence with foreign countries. Arrested on June 29, 1941 “for espionage.” Sentenced to 5 years in labor camp. In conclusion - in Bogoslovlag, he worked on the construction of a chemical plant in the city of Bereznyaki in the Northern Urals. After liberation he lived in Narva. He led a circle of collectors, organized exhibitions, excursions, and hikes. He acted as an extra in the film “King Lear” in 1969. Rehabilitated by the Leningrad City Court on August 21, 1959. He died in 1888 in Narva, was buried in Ivangorod, Kingisepp district, Leningrad region.
