Born in 1886 in Bolkhov, Oryol Governorate; in a priest's family; Russian; higher education. Economist, professor, deputy head of the central planning and financial department of the People's Commissariat of grain and livestock state farms of the USSR. Lived in Moscow, Metrostroevskaya St., bldg. 41, apt. 34. Arrested on 01/02/1937. Sentenced by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR on 07/13/1937 on charges of participating in a counter-revolutionary terrorist organization to capital punishment. Shot on 07/13/1937 in Moscow, burial place - Donskoye Cemetery. Rehabilitated   12/22/1988 Plenum of the Supreme Court of the USSR.
