Molostov Mikhail Mikhailovich
Philosopher, teacher, public and political figure. Deputy of the State Duma of Russia (1993-1995).
Genus. 02/18/1934 to Leningrad. Graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy of Leningrad State University (1957). At the end of 1956, he wrote the political treatise “Status Quo,” in which he critically analyzed the Soviet state system and concluded that bureaucratic socialism in the USSR was inevitable. After graduation, he worked as an assistant at the Department of Marxism-Leninism at the Omsk Agricultural Institute. Arrested on July 24, 1958. Sentenced on October 21, 1958 by the Leningrad City Court to 5 years in a penal colony under Art. 58-10 part 1, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. In December 1958, the verdict was overturned by the Supreme Court of the RSFSR "for leniency." At the repeated trial, the term was increased to 10 years, but in January 1959 it was reduced to 7 years. In custody, first in Vorkutlag, then in Dubravlag. After his release in July 1965, he taught in rural schools in the Pskov and Novgorod regions and the Karelian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic. In the second half of the 1980s he worked as a rural postman in the Kalinin (Tver) region. Since 1989 he lived in Leningrad, actively participated in the activities of the Memorial society. In March 1990, he was elected as a people's deputy of the RSFSR from the Southern National-Territorial District of Leningrad, a member of the Supreme Council, and was a member of the Radical Democrats and the Reform Coalition factions. After August 1991, he headed the Commission for the transfer of the archives of the KGB Directorate for Leningrad and the Leningrad Region to state storage. In 1993–1995, State Duma deputy from the St. Petersburg branch of the Russia's Choice party. Since December 1995 – retired. Died 04/21/2003. Buried in the village. Eremkovo, Tver region.
Solokhin Nikolay Dmitrievich
Genus. 12/19/1930 in x. Korino, Myakinsky district, Vologda region; Russian; member of the Komsomol; student. Since 1945 he lived in Leningrad. In 1958 he graduated from the Faculty of Philology of Leningrad State University, journalist, philologist. Published in the newspapers Smena and Leningradskaya Pravda. Arrested on July 27, 1958. Sentenced by the Leningrad City Court on December 19, 1958 under Art. 58-10, part 1, 58-11 (“anti-Soviet statements” in correspondence; the case of M.M. Molostvov). Sentenced to 8 years in labor camp. By the ruling of the Supreme Court of the RSFSR dated January 13, 1959, the term was reduced to 6 years. He was kept in Ozerlag (Irkutsk region) and Dubrovlag (Mordovian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic). Released on July 27, 1964. He worked as a rural teacher in Luga (1964-1966), after his criminal record was cleared, he taught courses at the Leningrad Institute of Culture. Worked in the city newspapers of Vsevolozhsk “Nevskaya Zarya”, “Vsevolozhskie Vesti”. Awarded the “Excellence in Printing” badge (1986). Author of the local history book “Vsevolozhsk” (1975, co-author with I.V. Ventsel), the collection of stories “Covered Up the Traces” (1991), and the novel “Dreams for the Beloved” (1991). In 2000 - editor of the Publishing House of the Union of Writers of the Leningrad Region and St. Petersburg. Died June 27, 2015.
Garanin Leonty Yakovlevich
Genus. in 1926 in the village of Teplyakovka, Bazarno-Karabulsky district, Saratov region; Russian; participant of the Great Patriotic War. He graduated from the school of air gunners in Kinel (1944), Faculty of Philosophy of Leningrad State University (1957). Member of the CPSU in 1953-1959. Philosopher, teacher at the Higher School of the All-Russian Central Council of Trade Unions (1957-1958). Lived in Leningrad. Arrested on July 26, 1958 for “anti-Soviet statements” in correspondence (the case of M.M. Molostvov and others - “the case of Leningrad philosophy students”). Sentenced by the Leningrad City Court on December 19, 1958 under Art. 58-10 part 1, 58-11 to 7 years in labor camp. By the ruling of the Supreme Court of the RSFSR dated January 13, 1959, the term was reduced to 5 years. He served his sentence in Dubrovlag, including in the camp department in the Sasovo district of the Ryazan region. Released on July 26, 1963. After his release, he worked as a methodologist at the House of Health Education in Petrozavodsk (1963-1970). Worked at the Institute of Literature of the Academy of Sciences of the Belarusian SSR (since 1971); Art. Researcher (since 1983). Candidate of Philological Sciences (1981). Died 03/13/2014.
Kozlov Evgeny Andreevich
Genus. in 1933 in the village. Katino, Gorlovsky district, Ryazan region; Russian; member of the Komsomol; Higher education - Faculty of Philosophy of Leningrad State University. He worked as an instructor in the labor and wages department of the Kurgan Regional Trade Council. Lived in Kurgan. Arrested by the 4th Department of the KGB for the Leningrad Region on July 24, 1958 for “anti-Soviet statements” in correspondence (the case of M.M. Molostvov and others). He was kept in the internal prison of the Leningrad KGB. Sentenced by the Leningrad City Court on December 19, 1958 under Art. 58-10 part 1, 58-11 to 4 years of labor camp. He served his prison term in Dubravlaga, Mordovia. Released on July 24, 1962. Rehabilitated in 1989 (as part of a group). Lived in the village. Mikhailovsky Pass near Gelendzhik, worked at the Gelendzhik Historical and Local Lore Museum (1989). He was involved in collecting materials about repressions in Gelendzhik in 1930-1950. Member of Memorial. Died 02/18/2006.
