Liberman Grigory Borisovich
Born in 1900 in Soltsy; higher education; member of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) since 1918. Specialist in organic chemistry and technology (toxic substances), lecturer at the Military Technical Academy, the Leningrad Chemical-Technological Institute, professor at the Military Chemical Academy in Moscow. In 1927 (according to other sources, in 1935) he was expelled from membership in the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks). Arrested in March 1935. Sentenced to 5 years' imprisonment. Arrested on 10.06.1936. Sentenced on 27.12.1936 to 10 years in a labor camp. On 31.05.1940 he was re-sentenced by the Military Commission of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR to 15 years in a labor camp (with the absorption of the old term). Rehabilitated on 16.03.1957.
