Genus. 06/12/1901 in locality. Dokshitsy, Borisov district, Minsk province; Jew; from a doctor's family; higher education; military doctor; member of the CPSU (b) in 1919–1936. He graduated from the Military Medical Academy and the Commander's Electrical Engineering Courses of the Red Army. Since 1931 Department of Military Chemical Affairs of the Military Medical Academy of the Red Army named after. Kirov, military doctor 2nd rank. Lived in Leningrad (Mayakovskogo str., 19, apt. 4). Arrested on July 10, 1936, accused of participation in the “K/R Trotskyist group.” Sentenced on 10/23/1936 (according to other sources, 12/28/1936) by a visiting session of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR under Art. 58-8, 11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 8 years in prison and 5 years of disqualification, with confiscation of property and deprivation of military rank. In custody in Solovetsky prison. Sentenced by a resolution of the Special Troika of the UNKVD LO dated 10/14/1937 to VMN. Shot on November 1, 1937 in the Sandormokh tract (Karelian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic). Rehabilitated on July 30, 1955 by a ruling of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR.
