Arrested on July 23, 1938 by the NKVD for the Leningrad Region. Sentenced by a resolution of the Special Troika of the UNKVD LO dated 10.25.1938 under Art. 58-6 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to VMN. Shot on October 30, 1938 in Leningrad. Rehabilitated by the ruling of the Leningrad Military Tribunal dated July 7, 1958.
08/01/2018 at house No. 54 on Nevsky Prospect of St. Petersburg in memory of V.K. Bull. A personal memorial sign was installed as part of the "Last Address" project.
