Milyutin Vladimir Pavlovich
Chairman of the Committee for the Management of Scientific and Educational Institutions of the Central Executive Committee of the USSR
Born in 1884 in Kursk; Russian; from an employee background; higher education; member of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) (former Menshevik). Chairman of the Committee for the Management of Scientific and Educational Institutions of the Central Executive Committee of the USSR. Lived in Moscow, Serafimovich Street, Building 2 (Government House), Apt. 163. Arrested on July 26, 1937. Accused of participating in a counter-revolutionary terrorist organization. Sentenced to capital punishment by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR on October 29, 1937. Executed on October 30, 1937 in Moscow. Burial place: Donskoye Cemetery. Rehabilitated by the Military Commission of the Supreme Court of the USSR on May 26, 1956.
