He worked as the head of the counterintelligence department of the GUGB NKVD of the USSR, senior lieutenant of state security. Lived in Moscow, Bolshoi Komsomolsky lane, 3, apt. 69. Arrested 02/20/1939. Sentenced by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR on January 24, 1940 on charges of espionage and discrediting the policies of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) to VMN. Shot on January 25, 1940 in Moscow. Burial place - Donskoye Cemetery. Rehabilitated by the Military Commissariat of the USSR Armed Forces on February 10, 1954.
