Genus. in 1887 in the town of Krucha, Mogilev province; Russian; member of the CPSU (b) in 1907-1934. Member of the Petrograd Military Revolutionary Committee in October 1917, secretary of the North-Western Bureau and Leningrad Provincial Committee of the CPSU (b) in 1925-1927. Lived in Leningrad, st. Krasnykh Zori, 26. In 1934 - manager of the Stroymashina trust. Lived in Moscow, Telegrafny lane, 11, apt. 18. Arrested on December 9, 1934 in the case of the “Leningrad counter-revolutionary Zinoviev group.” Sentenced by a special meeting of the NKVD of the USSR on January 16, 1935 to 5 years in a concentration camp. Arrested again in the camp on November 18, 1936, transferred to Moscow. Sentenced by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR on January 10, 1937 for “participation in a counter-revolutionary terrorist organization” to VMN. Shot in Moscow on January 10, 1937 (Donskoye Cemetery.) Rehabilitated by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR on June 21, 1962, reinstated in the party on September 5, 1962.
