Lukin Vasily Grigorievich
Genus. in 1901 in St. Petersburg; Russian; member of the CPSU (b) in 1917-1934. Instructor of the Moscow-Narva district committee of the CPSU (b). Lived in Leningrad, Zvenigorodskaya st., 10, apt. 4. Arrested on December 20, 1928. On December 27, 1928, the OGPU Collegium sentenced him to 3 years of exile in Central Asia. Arrested again on December 25, 1934. At a special meeting of the NKVD of the USSR on January 16, 1935, he was sentenced to 5 years in a concentration camp for “participation in the counter-revolutionary Zinoviev group.” Imprisoned in Ukhtpechlag. On February 20, 1938, the visiting session of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR in Leningrad sentenced under Art. Art. 58-10-11 Criminal Code of the RSFSR to VMN. Shot in Leningrad on February 20, 1938. Rehabilitated 06/09/1959 by the USSR Air Force.
04/21/2019 at house No. 3/3 on Soyuz Pechatnikov Street in St. Petersburg in memory of V.G. Lukin. An individual memorial sign was installed as part of the "Last Address" project.
