Sheinin Lev Romanovich
Definition: Soviet lawyer, writer and screenwriter. In 1945-1946. LR Sheinin participates in the work of the Nuremberg Tribunal.

In 1934 participates in the investigation of the murder of S.M. Kirov. In 1935 - State Counselor of Justice 2nd class, head of the investigative department of the USSR Prosecutor's Office. Takes part in the political processes of the second half of the 1930s. In January 1935, together with A. Ya. Vyshinsky, he sought the conviction of L. B. Kamenev and G. E. Zinoviev in the Moscow Center case. In 1936 he was arrested, was imprisoned in a camp in Kolyma, but was soon released. In 1945-1946. participates in the work of the Nuremberg Tribunal. In 1949 dismissed from office without explanation. October 19, 1951 arrested in the case of V. S. Abakumov, then accused of organizing an anti-Soviet group of Jewish bourgeois nationalists, kept in a prison on Lubyanka. November 21, 1953 released from custody. After 1953 engaged in literary activities.
