Genus. 03/06/1897 in the village. Radolitsy Gdovskogo u. Pskov province; Russian; from peasants; secondary education; member of the CPSU (b) in 1917–1936. Graduated from a teacher's seminary. In 1918–1923 he served in the Red Army, head of the agitprop political department of the XI division. In July 1923 he was suspended from the party for one year. In 1933 he was sentenced under Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR for 6 months suspended. In 1935, director of the Public Catering Trust in Petrozavodsk. Since 1936 deputy manager of Karelgosrybtrest. Lived in Petrozavodsk (Kommunistov St., no. 6; address in Leningrad: V. O., 17th line, no. 18). Arrested 08/21/1936. Sentenced on December 23, 1936 by a visiting session of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR under Art. 17-58-8, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 10 years in prison with disqualification for 5 years and confiscation of property. Imprisoned in Solovki (arrived on December 29, 1936 from the Leningrad DPZ). By resolution of the Special Troika of the UNKVD LO dated 10.10.1937 he was sentenced to VMN. Shot on November 4, 1937 in the Sandormokh tract (Karelian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic). Rehabilitated in the case of 1936 on 08/11/1956 by the ruling of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR, in the case of 1937 - 06/30/1989 by the Prosecutor's Office of the Arkhangelsk Region
