Genus. 07/19/1900 in the village. Old Storm of Peterhofsky district. Petersburg province; Russian; from peasants; higher education; member of the CPSU (b) in 1919–1936. He graduated from the Petrograd Military Engineering School (1921), then from the Faculty of Social Sciences of Leningrad State University (1930s). A participant in the Civil War, he was awarded the Order of the Red Banner for his participation in the suppression of the Kronstadt Uprising (1921). Football player, in 1921–1922 he played for the Petrograd football team “Merkur”. Before his arrest, Deputy Chairman of the Leningrad Regional Committee for Physical Education and Sports. Lived in Leningrad (Slutskogo str., 5, apt. 6). Arrested 02.06. (according to other data, 02.11.) 1936. Sentenced 28.12. (according to other data, December 25.) 1936 visiting session of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR under Art. 17-58-8, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 10 years in prison with disqualification for 5 years and confiscation of property. In custody in Solovetsky prison. By resolution of the Special Troika of the UNKVD LO dated 10.10.1937 he was sentenced to VMN. Shot on November 4, 1937 in the Sandormokh tract (Karelian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic). Rehabilitated on October 6, 1956 by the decision of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR
