Genus. in 1880 in Vilno; Jew; incomplete higher education; economist; member of the RSDLP(M). At the end of 1921 he lived in the Saratov province, worked as a cooperator; local security officers characterized him as a “leader of the Mensheviks, a right-winger” and an “active” party worker. Arrested in 1921 in Saratov, imprisoned in Butyrka prison in Moscow; November 17, 1921 released. Arrested again in 1922, he was kept in Butyrka prison; sentenced to 3 years in concentration camps. Arrested again 06/05/1923; sentenced by the USSR NKVD Commission on Administrative Expulsions on June 29, 1923 to 3 years in a concentration camp; in October 1923 again in the Butyrka prison, in August of the same year, sick with tuberculosis, he was in the Tagansk transit prison, in October he was transferred to the Suzdal political detention center. In 1922–1923 he was a member of the Bureau of the Menshevik Central Committee. By decree of the Kogpu dated January 5, 1924, he was exiled to Semipalatinsk for 3 years; from 1924 to April 1928 - in exile in Semipalatinsk. By a resolution of the OS at the Kogpu dated March 30, 1928, he was deprived of the right to reside in Moscow and some other places on the list for 3 years, settled in Kursk, where he stayed until 1930. In 1930 he was again held in the Suzdal political isolation ward. Arrested again on February 15, 1935; sentenced by the OS under the NKVD of the USSR on May 15, 1935 to deportation to Alma-Ata for 5 years. In 1937 he lived in Alma-Ata, worked as a planner at the Gorkomkhoz; arrested on March 14, 1937 by the 4th department of the NKVD in Alma-Ata. Sentenced by the Supreme Court of the USSR Armed Forces on 10/04/1937 under Art. 58-8, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to the VMN; shot 10/04/1937; burial place - Alma-Ata. Rehabilitated by the Military Commissariat of the USSR Armed Forces on May 17, 1958, and also in 1995.
