Genus. in 1882 in Moscow in the family of a minor railway employee; Russian; from the nobles; higher education; social democrat: from 1903–1907 in the AKP, then a Marxist, until 1920 a Menshevik-internationalist, for some time he was a Freemason, in 1921 he joined the German Communist Party, a “Marxist-like populist.” In 1930 he lived in Moscow; arrested on July 20, 1930 in the case of the “Union Bureau of the Menshevik Central Committee”, accused in “trial 14”; sentenced to 10 years in prison and 5 years disqualification; served in the Suzdal political isolation ward; in May 1931 he was sent to the Verkhneuralsk political isolation ward; 05/20/1935 (according to other data - 03/20/1935) The Presidium of the Central Executive Committee of the USSR replaced the imprisonment with exile to Tobolsk. In 1937 he lived in Tobolsk, worked as an economist at Obrybtrest, then taught German at school No. 5; arrested 09/19/1937; the indictment in the case was drawn up on December 3, 1938; On March 22, 1939, the military prosecutor of the SibVO Likhovidov approved the indictment, the case was transferred to the Military Tribunal for a hearing without the participation of representatives of the prosecution and defense. On 06/19/1939, the head of the general prison of Omsk asked the Military Tribunal of the Siberian Military District to speed up the proceedings, notifying that S. had gone on a hunger strike since June 1939. Sentenced by the Military Tribunal of the Siberian Military District on 08/27/1939 on charges of connections with German intelligence, anti-Soviet agitation to VMN; shot 06/29/1940; burial place - Omsk. Rehabilitated on March 13, 1991, and also by the Military Prosecutor’s Office on March 20, 1992.
