Genus. in 1876 in the village of Zhuravlevo, Ruzsky district. Moscow province; Russian; Member of the RSDLP(M) since 1898. Worker. Before 1917, he was arrested three times, spent 3 years in prison, and escaped from prison twice. Participated in the work of the metalworkers' trade union. He was elected to the Council of Workers' Deputies. At the end of 1921 he lived in Moscow province, worked at the city power plant. In 1920 - member of the Moscow Council. In August 1920 he was arrested in an ambush in Moscow at 31 Myasnitskaya Street. Released on August 25, 1920. Arrested 04/11/1924. In May he was kept in Tagansk prison. Sentenced to OS at the Kogpu on May 23, 1924 under Art. 68 (“concealment and aiding of crimes”) of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 3 years in a concentration camp (according to other sources - to 3 years of exile in the Urals). In December 1925 he was in exile in Samarov, Tobolsk province, in June 1927 - in the same place. In 1927 he arrived in Tula from exile. From July 1928 to August 1929 he lived in Tula. He was arrested again on January 12, 1931 for “counter-revolutionary activities.” By resolution of the Kogpu dated April 18, 1931, he was released from custody. Rehabilitated in the 1924 case by the General Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation on February 10, 1997
