Genus. 06/15/1899 in the village of Dmitrovka, Bogoroditsky district, Tula province; higher education; member of the RSDLP(M). In 1923 he lived in Kyiv, agronomist, and scientific worker. Arrested 09/06/1923. Sentenced by the Kogpu on November 9, 1923 for “joining an organization acting against the dictatorship of the working class and the proletarian revolution” to 3 years in prison. Arrested 05/16/1924. Sentenced by the OS at the Kogpu on July 18, 1924 for “concealing and complicity in crimes” to deportation to Ust-Sysolsk for 3 years. On October 22, 1926, the OS Kogpu was sentenced to exile in the Arkhangelsk province for 3 years. Sentenced by the OS KOGPU on May 13, 1927 to deprivation of the right to reside in Moscow, Leningrad, Kharkov, Kyiv, Odessa, Rostov-on-Don for 3 years; On December 13, 1927, the term was reduced by a quarter. Sentenced by the OS KOGPU on 10/01/1929 to deprivation of the right to reside in Moscow, Leningrad, Rostov-on-Don, N. Novgorod, Ivanovo-Voznesensk, Tula, Tver, Ukraine, Central Black Sea Region, BVI and other provinces for 3 years. In 1931 he lived in Tula, worked as an agronomist in the Ogorodnik commune; arrested 04/06/1931; sentenced OS 07.10.1931 under Art. 58-11 to deprivation of the right to reside in 12 points of the USSR. According to some information, in 1937 he lived in Orel, worked as an agronomist in Raizo; arrested and shot. According to others, in 1938 he lived in Arkhangelsk, worked as an economist; arrested on September 17, 1938 and released. Rehabilitated [in the 1929 case] by the Judicial Collegium for Criminal Cases of the Supreme Court of the RSFSR.12/11/1990; in the case of 1931 - by the Tula Regional Court in 1962; in the case of 1938 - November 16, 1992.
