Born, according to some sources, in 1884 in Moscow, according to others - in 1873 in the Kholopinich borough of Borisovsky district. Minsk province; Jew; secondary education; Social Democrat since 1904, member of the Bund. In 1924 he lived in Leningrad, did not work. Arrested on December 16, 1924. Sentenced in April 1925 to 3 years in prison. In conclusion - in the Yaroslavl and Verkhneuralsk political isolation centers. On 12/05/1927 he was sentenced to exile in Ust-Sysolsk for 3 years. At the end of 1929 he was sent to Narym. Arrested in Kazan on February 17, 1935. Sentenced by the OS under the NKVD of the USSR on May 15, 1935 to 3 years in a concentration camp. Rehabilitated 06/08/1989.
