Genus. in 1885 in Rostov, Yaroslavl province; Jewish; member of the RSDLP(b). In 1907 she graduated from the Mariinsky Women's Gymnasium in Rostov, then lived in Moscow, a student at the Higher Women's Courses and a volunteer student at Moscow University. She was arrested in 1906, 1907, 1908; in 1910–1912 – in exile in Arkhangelsk province. After the revolution - head of the Propaganda Publishing House of the Department of the People's Commissariat of Labor of the RSFSR, then the Directorate of Affairs of the Central Committee of the RCP (b). In 1915–1917 she worked as a technical secretary for the Chronicle magazine. Since 1921 she worked in various publishing houses and editorial offices of popular science literature. Arrested 02/16/1931. By resolution of the KogPU dated March 13, 1931, she was released from custody. In the 1930s, she served exile in Kustanai for connections with the Mensheviks. In 1933 she left the party with the wording “for health reasons.”
