Sapir Vitaly Davidovich (Davydovich)
Genus. in 1898 in the city of Vilkomir, Kovno province; medical education; social democrat. In 1921 he lived in Moscow, a medical student; arrested 02/25/1921; was kept in the Butyrka prison, then in the Yaroslavl political isolation ward; released in 1922. Arrested again 07/05/1922; sentenced by the Kogpu on July 31, 1922 to 2 years of deportation to the city of Solikamsk, Perm province, in the same 1922 sentenced to deportation to the village of Cherdyn, Nazarovsky district, Krasnoyarsk Territory. In 1924 he was in exile in the village of Cherdyn; arrested and sentenced to 3 years in the Suzdal political prison. 01/16/1925 OS KOGPU was sentenced to exile in Usolye for 3 years, as well as to deprivation of the right to reside in Moscow, Leningrad, Kharkov, Kyiv, Odessa, Rostov-on-Don. In 1927–1930 he lived in Narym, in 1930–1933 in Perm. From 1934 he lived in Saratov, worked as a doctor at the 2nd Sovbolnitsa; arrested 06/21/1937; sentenced by the OS NKVD of the USSR on December 3, 1937 to 8 years in labor camp; imprisoned in BelBaltLag, Oneglag, Kargopollag. After liberation he lived in Syktyvkar; in 1947–1973 he worked in a tuberculosis dispensary, including in 1952–1973 – head of the pulmonary tuberculosis department. 01/07/1952 OS MNS of the USSR was sentenced to exile in the Komi Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic. Honored Doctor of the Komi Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic. Died in 1973. Rehabilitated in the case of 1924-1925 by the General Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation on April 29, 1997; in the case of 1937 - by the Presidium of the Saratov Regional Court on June 24, 1957; in the case of 1952 - by the Supreme Court of the RSFSR 01/05/1965.
