Genus. in 1909 in Gomel; Jew; incomplete higher education; member of the RSDLP(M). In 1930 he lived in Tashkent, worked as an economist at the State Planning Committee; arrested 06/16/1930; sentenced OS KOGPU 09/08/1930 under Art. 58-10, 11 to deportation to Western Siberia for 3 years. In 1933 he lived in the village of Togur, Kolpashevsky district, Tomsk region; arrested 10/09/1933; sentenced by the OS KOGPU on January 10, 1934 to 2 years of exile in Eastern Siberia. In 1937 he lived in Saratov; worked as an accountant-auditor in the Saratov Regional Social Security Service; arrested 06/01/1937; sentenced by the OS NKVD of the USSR on December 3, 1937 to 8 years in prison. In 1942 he was imprisoned in Sevzheldorlag; arrested 12/17/1942; sentenced to military service of the NKVD troops on March 16, 1943 under Art. 58-10 part 2 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to the VMN; On 05/03/1943, by a resolution of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR, execution was replaced by 10 years in labor camp. In 1951 he was imprisoned in the Ministry of Internal Affairs; arrested 11/27/1951; sentenced by the Lag Court of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR on 02/08/1952 under Art. 58-10 part 1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 10 years of labor camp and 5 years of disqualification. Released from places of detention of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Komi Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic on 10/07/1955.
Rehabilitated in the 1933 case by the Prosecutor's Office of the Tomsk Region on September 27, 1989; in the case of 1937 - by the Presidium of the Saratov Regional Court on June 24, 1957; in the case of 1942 - by the Prosecutor's Office of the Komi Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic 07/01/1992; in the case of 1951 - by the Prosecutor's Office of the Komi Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic 08/06/1992.
