Genus. 08.11.1886 in Riga (Latvia); Jew; member of the RSDLP(M) since 1904; in 1922 member of the Menshevik Central Committee; Higher education: in 1912 he graduated from the Faculty of Law of St. Petersburg University. In 1905 he was arrested and kept in custody for 4 months. In 1921 he lived in Moscow. Arrested 02/25/1921; was kept in Butyrka prison. 04/26/1921 sent to Vladimir prison. Released on November 17, 1921. In 1923 he lived in Moscow, worked as an assistant to the head of the editorial office of the journal “Bulletin of the Silicate Industry”. Arrested 05/07/1923; was kept in the internal prison of the GPU, then in the Tagansk prison. Sentenced by the NKVD Commission on Administrative Expulsions on 06/08/1923 to 3 years in a concentration camp (Pertominsky, SLON). In 1926 he was in the Verkhneuralsk political isolation ward and was the head of the general elder. 05/27/1926 sentenced to exile to Central Asia (in the city of Chimkent) for 3 years. On May 29, 1929, by a resolution of the OSO at the Kogpu, he was deprived of the right to reside in certain cities and regions of the country (according to the list) for 3 years. In 1930 he lived in Tashkent and worked as an economist at Selkhozsnab. Arrested 06/16/1930. Sentenced by OS KOGPU 09/08/1930 under Art. 58-10, 11 to 3 years in prison; at the end of the term on May 28, 1933, he was exiled to Western Siberia for 3 years. In August 1933, exile to Siberia was replaced by exile to Tambov. In 1935 he was arrested and kept in custody for 4.5 months. In 1937 he lived in Tambov, worked as deputy chief accountant of the Tambov handicraft artel "Industry". Arrested 07/13/1937. Sentenced by the Troika UNKVD of the Tambov region on December 27, 1937 under Art. 58-10 to VMN. Shot on 02/01/1938. Rehabilitated in the 1923 case by the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation on November 20, 1995; in the case of 1937 - by the Presidium of the Tambov Regional Court on December 22, 1956.
