Genus. in 1896 in Elizavetgrad; social democrat. In 1922 he lived in Moscow. Arrested 03/14/1923: On 05/16/1923 the Commission on Administrative Expulsions of the NKVD of the RSFSR sentenced to 3 years in a concentration camp (according to other sources, to 2 years SLON). Being a prisoner of SLON, he was arrested on November 13, 1924, and sentenced by a resolution of the OSO at the Kogpu dated May 15, 1925 to deportation to Siberia (Kargasok, Narym Territory) for 3 years. By resolution of the OSO OGPU on 10/09/1925, he was allowed to serve his term of exile in the city of Poltoratsk (Ashgabat). In 1928, a prisoner of the Verkhneuralsk political isolation ward; released with restriction of the right to choose his place of residence; settled in Voronezh. Arrested in 1930 and sentenced to 3 years of exile in Parabel. He died in Parabel in 1930.
Rehabilitated in the 1923 case by the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation on November 5, 1996.
