Genus. in 1907 in Berlin, Jew, higher education, member of the Komsomol until 1927, expelled for belonging to the Trotskyist opposition. In 1928 he lived in Moscow, a history teacher at the workers' faculty of the Institute of Steel. Arrested 05/07/1928; sentenced by the OSO at the Kogpu on July 20, 1928 to deportation to Siberia for 3 years. In December 1928, in exile in the city of Achinsk, Krasnoyarsk Territory. On March 23, 1930, the previous decree was canceled and free residence on the territory of the USSR was allowed.
Arrested 04/20/1931; sentenced by the OSO at the Kogpu on July 8, 1931 to imprisonment for 3 years.
In 1934 he lived in Mokva and worked as a researcher at the historical archive. By resolution of the OSO at the Kogpu on 03/09/1934, after serving his sentence, he was sent to Minusinsk for 3 years.
In 1936 he lived in Minusinsk, Krasnoyarsk Territory, and worked in an archive bureau. Arrested 03/05/1936; sentenced by the OS NKVD of the USSR on July 10, 1936 under Art. 58-10, 11 to 5 years in prison. He served his sentence in Ukhtpechlag.
Arrested on September 30, 1937, as a prisoner of the Ukhtpechlag (loader of a loading column at the Usa Ukhtpechlag station; sentenced by the Troika UNKVD in the Arkhangelsk region on December 25, 1937 to VMN. Shot on March 1, 1938. Burial place - Vorkuta mine.
Rehabilitated in cases of 1936 and 1937. Presidium of the Krasnoyarsk Regional Court 08/30/1960.
Rehabilitated [in the 1931 case?] by the Judicial Collegium for Criminal Cases of the Supreme Court of the RSFSR on 03/11/1961.
