Kurits Mark Semenovich

Genus. in 1909 in Nikolaev; Jew; from employees; incomplete higher education (2nd year student of the literary department of Moscow State University); Trotskyist Arrested by the OGPU on December 30, 1928. By resolution of the Special Meeting of the OGPU Collegium dated January 25, 1929 under Art. 58-10 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR, he was exiled to the Urals for a period of 3 years. Lived in the Sverdlovsk region, Irbit. Arrested 05/26/1931. By resolution of the Special Meeting of the OGPU Collegium dated September 8, 1931, he was exiled to Western Siberia for a period of 3 years. Lived in Minusinsk, worked as a planner-economist in the Ors of the Usinsk tract "Sovmongtuvtorg". After serving the term , by decision of the Special Meeting of the OGPU Collegium dated February 10, 1934, the expulsion period was extended for another 2 years, counting the period from May 26, 1934. By resolution of the Special Meeting of the NKVD of the USSR dated September 28, 1935, he was sentenced under Art. 58-10 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 5 years in prison. In custody - in the Magadan region (Sevvostlag), where he died on August 28, 1936. Rehabilitated by the Krasnoyarsk Regional Court on August 22, 1988.
