Genus. 08/04/1898 in Smolensk; Jew; incomplete higher education; member of the RSDLP(M) since 1917. In 1921 he lived in Moscow, first arrest 02.25.1921. In 1923 he lived in Moscow; arrested 05/05/1923; sentenced on July 7, 1923 to 3 years ELEPHANT. Since 1925 in the Tobolsk political isolation ward; in 1926, at the end of his term, he was sentenced to exile in Central Asia (in the city of Jizzakh) for 3 years. In 1930 he lived in Tashkent, worked as an economist at Turkshelk; arrested 06/16/1930; sentenced OS KOGPU 09/08/1930 under Art. 58-10, 11 to 3 years in prison. In 1933 in the Chelyabinsk political isolation ward; sentenced to exile for 3 years in Minusinsk. (According to other information, after serving his sentence, by the resolution of the OSO at the Kogpu dated May 28, 1933, he was exiled to Central Asia for 3 years). In 1933–1936, in exile in Minusinsk, he worked as a photographer; arrested on 05/20/1936, sentenced by the OS under the NKVD of the USSR on 08/31/1936 to 5 years in prison. Arrived at Ukhtpechlag NKVD on November 17, 1936. In 1937 he was a prisoner of Ukhtpechlag; arrested 10/22/1937; sentenced by the Troika under the NKVD of the Arkhangelsk region on 01/02/1938 under Art. 58-10 to UMN; shot 03/04/1938. Burial place - New Ukhtarka. Rehabilitated in the 1930 case by the Supreme Court of the Uzbek SSR on April 21, 1960; in the case of 1936 - by the Presidium of the Krasnoyarsk Regional Court on June 14, 1960.
