Genus. in 1898 in with. Novo-Pavlovo, Pavlovograd district, Yekaterinoslav province; Jew; unfinished higher education; member of the RSDLP (m). In 1923 he lived in Moscow: he was arrested on 03/13/1923; sentenced 04/20/1923 to 3 years SLON. In 1926 he was imprisoned in the Verkhneuralsk political isolator; On 04/09/1926 he was sentenced by the OSO KOGPU to 3 years of exile in Kolpashevo (according to other sources, in Narym). On March 29, 1929, he was sentenced by the OSO KOGPU to deprivation of the right to reside in 10 cities. In 1930 he lived in Tashkent, worked as a supply agent in the Koopkhlopburo; arrested 06/16/1930; sentenced to OS KOGPU on 09/08/1930 under Art. 58-11 to 3 years in prison. 05/28/1933 sentenced after serving the term to exile in Central Asia for 3 years. Died in 1941 (1942?). Rehabilitated by the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation on May 17, 1996.
