Dashkovo, Rostov region, to be determined adm. submission by 1904 failed. – Comp.]; Jew; from employees (according to other data - from workers); member of the Komsomol since 1922; candidate for the CPSU(b) since 1926; expelled for Trotskyist activity in 1928; higher education. In 1933 he lived in Moscow, a researcher at the All-Russian Electrotechnical Institute. Arrested 01/17/1933; Decree of the KOGPU dated 05/08/1933 under Art. 58-6, 58-9 sentenced to 10 years in labor camp. In 1937 - a prisoner of Ukhtpechlag; arrested 12/25/1937; sentenced by a troika at the UNKVD of the Arkhangelsk region. 01/02/1938 according to Art. 58-10 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to the VMN; shot 02/27/1938; burial place - Novaya Ukhtarka. He was rehabilitated in the 1933 case by the Prosecutor General's Office of the RSFSR on May 17, 1993.
