Genus. in 1882. Social Democrat. Printer worker. Member of the Bureau of the Unity and Independence of Trade Unions. Member of the All-Russian Central Council of the Union of Print Workers. First arrested in 1899 in Vitebsk. Arrested again in 1900 in Minsk and exiled to Yakutia. For participation in the "Romanovsky Protest" in 1904 he was sentenced to hard labor. Released in 1905. After 1905 he was an organizer of the trade union of printers in St. Petersburg. In 1908 he was exiled to Western Siberia, from where he fled abroad. In 1917 he was a member of the Executive Committee of the All-Union Central Council of Trade Unions and Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Union of Printers. In May 1918, he was arrested at a conference of authorized factories and factories. Until the end of the year he was imprisoned in the Taganka prison. In July 1920, after the union of printers was dispersed, he went underground and went to Siberia, from where he illegally went abroad in 1921. In 1924 he joined the Foreign Delegation of the Central Committee of the RSDLP. Died in New York.
