In 1923 he lived in Moscow, secretary of the Bureau of the Central Committee of the RSDLP; arrested 01/11/1923; sentenced by the NKVD Commission on Administrative Expulsions on March 16, 1923 to 2 years in prison. Being a prisoner, he was sentenced by the OS KOGPU on May 10, 1925 (according to other sources, on February 27, 1925) to 3 years of exile in Kurgan. In 1926 he fled from exile to Moscow, and from there abroad. Rehabilitated in the 1922 case by the Investigative Committee of the Armed Forces of the RSFSR on December 28, 1990 and by the USSR Prosecutor's Office on November 29, 1991.
